Who we are
About HVAC Johns Creek
A family-minded heating and air crew for houses and businesses: we measure first, quote first and wipe our feet.
How This Shop Came to Work This Way
HVAC Johns Creek started with a frustration we kept hearing at kitchen tables. Homeowners had parts replaced on a hunch, got a bill nobody mentioned up front and watched the same system quit again a few weeks later. Others were pushed to replace equipment that only needed a fix, or kept limping along on repairs long after replacement would have been the cheaper road.
So we set some house rules. Read the gauges before naming a part. Explain the cause in everyday words and hand you the dead part to look at. Quote before starting. Booties on, tarps down, old equipment loaded into our truck.
Those rules apply to a capacitor on a sweltering afternoon, a furnace that refuses to light, a full new system or a rooftop unit over a busy kitchen. The equipment varies. How we treat you does not.
The Goal Behind Every Visit
Send every customer off with equipment that runs right and a clear sense of why it broke. A system working the way its maker intended runs quieter, keeps rooms more even and stops wasting power. That outcome is what we chase on each call.
